Insurance

We submit your insurance forms and apply any reimbursement to your account balance.  We accept most insurance plans including United Concordia (military and federal government insurance) and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maryland. 

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice.  We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer the appointment to another patient.  A fee will be charged if a patient fails to show up for an appointment without sufficient notice. 

Financial

All payment is due at the time that services are rendered.  Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.  Payment plans are available upon request.
