Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer the appointment to another patient. A fee will be charged if a patient fails to show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

Financial

Our friendly staff are very happy to customize your treatment and maximize your insurance benefits so that your out-of pocket payments are as low as possable. Payment is due at the time that services are rendered. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, Carecredit, or any major credit card. Payment plans are available upon request.
